Elaborating our dishes from fresh, local and seasonal products has become the credo of La Table restaurant, a guarantee of quality.
In order to offer a cuisine where “home-made” takes precedence, our team has started an approach in conjunction with the producers of the department, the objective being to certify that our chef concocts a cuisine based on fresh and quality products and whose origin is local.
We are always on the lookout for you to discover an original product. Thanks to our local producers and suppliers from whom we select for you products that are as close as possible to seasonality and of good maturity, we manage to share our culinary enthusiasm with you.
Partnerships have also been established between La Table restaurant and distributors offering local meats (Vendée, Nouvelle-Aquitaine) supplied by various local producers.
